9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations shall survive, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.

11. Modifications

FTFC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
